Accounts Receivable Clerk

We are actively looking to recruit an Accounts Receivable Clerk. In this role you will be responsible for collecting payments on customer accounts, resolving billing issues in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Contact Customers through emails and/or phone calls to collect overdue payments.
• Maintain customer records and update as needed.
• Maintain records with notes of collection attempts and results.
• Research outstanding balances and take necessary collection actions to resolve in a timely manner.
• AR Clean up
• Credit Memos creation
• Escalate complaints/issues to Management.
• Assist with monthly Billing.
• Other duties as assigned.

 Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze financial data
• Proficient in math and numerical analysis
• Prior experience in accounts receivable or related field is preferred
• Professional communication skills both orally and written.
• Strong computer skills including QuickBooks, Excel, Word and Outlook
