ikon Technologies is looking to hire Inbound and Outbound Contact Center Customer Service Representatives (CSR). Our Customer Interaction Center CSRs provide valuable solutions to car dealerships by increasing business, booking service appointments, and building customer loyalty. We are looking for upbeat and energetic individuals who have a strong desire to ensure excellent customer experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound and make outbound calls to and from our clients.
  • Work with a calling ticketing system to reconnect with client missed calls and texts.
  • Schedule service appointments for customers on behalf of car dealerships using websites.
  • Effectively find and communicate promotional incentives to our customers.
  • Remind customers of missed appointments and encourage them to make new bookings.
  • Field customer questions regarding vehicle appointments.
  • Record customer feedback professionally and accurately.
  • No selling involved!
Qualifications
  • 6 months or more of call center experience preferred.
  • Must have the ability to speak clearly and use professional telephone etiquette. Being polite and courteous to all clients is required.
  • Type accurately and efficiently.
  • Use active listening skills.
  • Acknowledge and respond quickly during customer conversations.
  • Solicit valuable customer feedback.
  • Keep good records which will include call logs, appointments booked, etc. on a daily basis.
  • Multi-task between scheduling programs, call surveys, and customer conversations
  • Ability to use applications and Microsoft suite applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Be able to work onsite, Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm. This is an onsite position.
