The ideal candidate will provide top-level assistance for high level executives. They should be well-organized and be comfortable scheduling meetings and responding to emails on the executive’s behalf. Lastly, this individual should be able to draft documents and help the executive with any necessary meeting preparations. The Executive Assistant provides support to the Chief Innovation and Revenue Officers.

Responsibilities
  • Calendar management for CIO, & CRO Plan appointments and events
  • Assists the CIO/CRO with daily administrative duties and completes a broad variety or administrative tasks that include managing an active calendar of appointments, completing expense reports, composing, and preparing correspondence, arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries and agendas and compiling documents for meetings.
  • Aid executive in preparing for meetings on and offsite.
  • Act as point of contact between executives and employees/clients
  • Manage phone calls and emails.
  • Respond promptly to manager inquiries.
  • Facilitate internal communication.
  • Drafts reports, letters of solicitation, proposals; prepares and coordinates oral and written communications.
  • Represents the CEO in designated meetings as required.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Proficient in Google for Business
  • Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics.
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be available to attend evening and weekend events, occasional travel may be involved.

  • Ability to conduct research and present data in a succinct and well written manner.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
